Custom Party Favors – FAQ & Policies
What if my event date is sooner than 20 days?
We recommend ordering as early as possible. Orders placed inside the 20-day window risk delayed delivery and may not be accepted.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on current production volume but are not guaranteed. Please message before ordering to check availability.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is included with all orders, whether shipped or local/non-shipped.
Are orders refundable?
Orders are refundable only if canceled within the 72-hour mockup window. Once a design is approved, the order becomes non-refundable and moves into production.
How long does processing take?
All custom party favor orders have a processing time of up to 15 days. This allows time for design, production, and preparation for shipment.
When should I place my order?
Orders must be placed at least 20 days before your event or the date you need your items. This ensures enough time for approval, production, and delivery.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. A watermarked mockup of your custom design will be emailed within 72 hours of order receipt for approval.
What happens after I receive my mockup?
You must reply to the email with one of the following:
- Approval of the design
- Disapproval with requested edits
- Disapprove and cancel order
What if I don't respond to the mockup email?
If no response is received within 72 hours, your order will move forward and become non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order after seeing the design?
Yes, but only within 72 hours of receiving the mockup and only by selecting the "Disapprove – Cancel Order" option in your response email.
